How do I get free delivery ?
Delivery is free on all orders exceeding RM 250, delivery charges RM 15 is chargable for orders below RM250.00. we reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change our delivery policy and delivery fees.
What is the delivery policy ?
We generally deliver orders placed before 11.00am during normal business hours on the next working day, within klang Valley and Selangor.(as stock permit and excludes Pantry products), if you are located outside Klang Valley, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. You should allow 2-3 days for large items (e.g.furniture& machines) and 5 days or more for special order products ( it is subjected to availability of stock from local manufacturer/distributor).
What if the delivery not reaching you as expected?
We usually will ship your order by next working day (not for SKU starts with 9PXX/XXXXX), however if we are not able to reach you by expected date due to unforeseen traﬃc condition, van/Lorry break down, un-schedule event, natural disaster, severe wheather etc, our driver or customer service will keep you to inform about the status, you may ﬁnd out the status by logon to aceasia.com.my for updated status.
What if the delivery is done by outsource transporter?
We usually use outsource transported to handle paper and furniture to deliver on behalf, you may acknowledge on the presented delivery order.
What if you wish to make delivery to diﬀerence address or diﬀerence ﬂoor at the same building?
You may able to instruct us to deliver goods to multiple address or diﬀerence ﬂoor by select from the pre-created shipped address or location during the check-out process.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisﬁed with the received goods, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with a copy of sales invoice maximum of 7 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or refund your money.
